Handcrafted in England, this surreal vintage design features deep green lenses set within a sculptural frame inspired by New York's Statue of Liberty - complete with the iconic crown spikes and a flaming torch rising dramatically from the right temporal front edge. Equal parts pop art, fashion fantasy and collector's piece, the "Liberty Flame" captures the fearless creativity that defined avant-garde eyewear design in the late 20th century. Exceptionally rare and almost impossible to overlook these are sunglasses for the true collector, a statement piece that turns every entrance into a spectacle. New unused vintage stock with original G15 sun lenses. Founded in London in 1982, Anglo American Eyewear has long been associated with Britain's more eccentric and fashion-forward eyewear culture, worn by icons such as Elton John and Grace Jones during the 1970s and 1980s.
