Custom/Bespoke Lenses require a 5-8 day Mon-Fri lead time. This is in addition to any estimated delivery times above. If you have an urgent need please get in touch and we may be able to reduce this lead time.

We use tracked services as standard. Ā We will only ship products with a value of Ā£150GBP or greater when the delivery and shipping addresses are identical.

    The customer is solely responsible for understanding the impact of any local regulations regarding customs, tariffs, VAT, import duty and excise charges.Ā Retrospectacle will not be responsible for any charges incurred in this respect.

    If the customer requests or later amends delivery instructions to leave the shipment in a safe place, we will not be liable for any subsequent loss or damage

    If you choose not to accept delivery of an itemā€”or if it is returned to us by the courier for any reasonā€”you will not be refunded for any shipping costs, regardless of whether you originally paid for shipping. Additionally, any charges incurred from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

    We only ship to residential addresses.
