• Emilio Pucci vintage sunglasses, an exceptionally unusual new old stock frame made in France in the late 1960s or 1970s. The frame is crafted from substantial acetate with a distinctive smoked brown translucent finish, giving the material depth and variation as the light passes through it. The broad proportions and strong square shape are typical of the more expressive eyewear designs emerging during the late 1960s and 1970s. Five-barrel hinges provide strength and support to the temples, while subtle metal detailing at the sides adds contrast to the acetate construction. The inside of the right temple carries the Emilio Pucci signature, confirming the frame's designer origin. Brown graduated lenses provide 100% UV protection. This new old stock is unworn, making it particularly appealing to collectors of original vintage designer eyewear.
